MY NEW HOLY GRAIL WORK SHOE.
I am a bartender with 15 years of experience, currently working in NYC, i work 4-5 days or nights (or combination thereof) per week, sometimes standing on my feet for 16 hours or more. I have had CHRONIC problems with my feet over the past few years- marble sized knots in the arches of both feet, excruciating to stand on, taking 30 minutes or more to get out of bed in the morning and walking like my feet are bird feet, all curled up at the arches. I was skeptical as hell to try anything like a simple sneaker to fix this. Mind you i have worn 20 eyelet doc martens since i was age 13, and i am now age 34…. so even though the sneaker is CUTE AS HELL and makes my size 10 foot look MUCH smaller than it is…. i was like, “eh, not docs, not my thing but ill give it a shot bc the pain i am experiencing is TOO MUCH”. …. so far ive made it through 3 – 12 hour BUSY bar shifts (running around, really hustling, and both bars i work at are very long so i am covering a lot of area while working) – i give these FIVE STARS or MORE if i could. i have NEVER experienced a walk home after a long shift thinking “wow… my feet actually feel… GOOD!!!!” The arch support is wonderful, the scoop in the inner ankle area makes it so you dont have blisters or rubbing on your ankle, there is sufficient padding in the back of the shoe (no blisters on my heels), the sole is VERY good at keeping you from falling on your face (even on wooden slats that i have behind my one bar – milano’s bar in nyc, one of the oldest in the city) and they are equally as good on modern rubber mats – allowing movement without sticking your foot in one place to twist your ankle, but giving you a very safe feeling that you will not be slipping even on wet beer or liquor soaked surfaces. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the service industry give this sneaker a try, for the price it is worth a shot, even if you arent experiencing horrific foot pain. LOVE THEM.

Great shoes
I use to buy Skechers all the time, the pair I bought lasted 15 years before they fell apart. The fit is perfect, I do not know why I tried buying 130.00 sneakers for my feet, when these shoes are inexpensive and fit great! Even gives me an inch in height, no more sliding, and very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet feel so much better. Only one issue, the shoes strings need to be a little longer. I just tied them in a knot and now they just slip on.Thank you Skechers.

mostly comfortable
I’d give these shoes 4.5 stars. They are mostly comfortable. I think the cushion could be a bit softer, and on occasion I worry that the shoes will slip off my feet near my heel, but that is probably just the way these shoes fit (I usually wear new balance, but their safety shoes were uncomfortable, super expensive, and felt like a rock on my feet). These are black which is good, because none of the safety shoes I’ve seen is super attractive, but then it’s just for work, so I guess comfort out ranks esthetics.I’ve had these shoes for more than a year now. The comfort level has decreased. I find that I have to wash the soles frequently because either french fries get stuck to the bottom or soda makes it sticky and the shoes makes a noise with every step. Normally I would buy a replacement, but I’m moving to a different department, so I won’t need nonslip shoes for much longer. These shoes have not slipped off my feet, but one of the laces may break soon. Overall these shoes have held up well and served their purpose. The fit is somewhat small on the sides and a bit loose in the heel. If I needed another pair I would buy these again.

Sketchers wins again.
I love Sketchers. I have, however recently been having foot problems stemming from a toe callus. I decided to try a new bunch of Sketcher, and this one ROCKS. No toe/foot pain at all. This shoe fits to size, and has the memory foam pads that make it very comfortable. It is an absolutely fantastic shoe, and so i got more to have replacements!!

these are the BEST shoes if you work long hours on your feet highly recomend i have been buying these for my work in a kitchen but i would tell ANY WOMEN that stands or works long hours these are the best not so fashionable but its a tennie and comfy what could be better and i just bought my new pair after two years of wear in a kitchen anyway i love them no breakin period i whear a 6xwide PERFECT oh ya this is my 4th pair ya price has gone up but what hasn’t

Very Comfortable Work Shoes
I bought these for my niece who is a cashier at a convenience store. Her feet were really hurting her and making her cry. Since I brought her these shoes, no more crying. She says her new shoes are so comfortable

Only if cushion was soft
Only if it was soft to hold bottom of the feet , it would be perfect. According to how hard flame is , the cushion for the feet is way too hard. I removed cushion and it feels better even by having space a bit to feel air.But its firm hild frame , hopely last longer than other cotton material.

This is the third pair of these shoes I have had, I don’t need to break them in.I work in a very busy store 8 hours a day, in and out of coolers and kitchens as well as outside in the winter.I have scoliosis so when I start to notice my back and hip start acting up I know it is time for a new pair.Usually about a year. Best shoes I have found.

I have mobility problems so I wanted a sturdy shoe with good support to help my balance and to keep my ankles from rolling around. I’m very happy with these shoes. They are easy to put on and stylish. The best part is the sturdiness. I did not find them expensive at all. I’ve bought more expensive shoes that did not have the support that these do. Now when I go walking I don’t have to wear clunky hiking boots just to get the support. Overall, very good value for the price. Recommended if you have to be on your feet for any length of time.
